There is no entrance fee at Autumn Ridge, no buy-in, and no lease. The agreement is month to month. One monthly rent covers the apartment and the daily essentials that quietly add up everywhere else.
Life here
Carla, our Activities Director, has been running activity programs for more than a decade and is a certified Alzheimer's facilitator. Her rule is that variety beats scale: bingo and trivia and spelling bees for some, live entertainment and holiday parties for others, gardening and outings for the rest.
Ashley, our Certified Dietary Manager, has run this kitchen for nine years and sets the menus with residents at quarterly menu meetings.
Physical, occupational and speech therapy are delivered in-house, so recovery does not mean arranging a ride three times a week.
Raised beds, flower borders and paths across seven and a half acres. Several residents keep their own plots.
Scheduled transportation to medical appointments and shopping, plus regular doctor visits into the community itself.

Veterans and surviving spouses
We are proud to care for veterans, and we help residents and their families apply for the VA's Aid and Attendance benefit. It is an addition to a VA pension for people who need help with daily living, and it goes uncollected far more often than it should.
